Privacy Policy.
Last updated ยท July 2026This is a personal creator site. It collects only what is needed to run the website and receive messages. No advertising cookies. No behavioural tracking. No mailing list. Messages sent through the contact form are delivered to Blarla by email.
Who we are
This website is operated by Blarla, an independent YouTube creator based in the United Kingdom. Blarla is the data controller, responsible for deciding what personal data is collected and why.
The site is built and maintained by Primaris e.U., which acts as the data processor, handling the technical infrastructure of the website on Blarla's behalf.
Privacy requests can be sent to: blarla@outlook.com
What we collect
This site only collects data you choose to send, plus basic technical data needed to keep the site working.
- Contact form: your name, email address, and message. This is sent to Blarla's email inbox. It is not stored in a separate website database.
- Server logs: standard web-server information such as IP address, browser/user agent, request path, and timestamp. These logs are kept temporarily for security and debugging.
- Analytics: this site uses Plausible Analytics, which is cookie-free and does not track visitors across websites.
- Cookies: this site does not use advertising cookies or behavioural tracking cookies.
Third-party services
Some links may take you to other sites, including YouTube, Discord, X, and the merch store. If you leave this site, those services have their own privacy policies.
Series thumbnails may be loaded directly from YouTube's image servers, so your browser makes a request to YouTube (and your IP address is visible to it) when those images load. This site does not embed YouTube players, so YouTube cookies are not set while you are browsing this site.
How we use messages
- Messages are used to read and reply to enquiries.
- Business enquiries may be forwarded to a manager, agent, or relevant contact where needed to deal with the enquiry.
- Messages are not used for mailing lists, newsletters, or marketing databases.
How long we keep messages
Contact form messages are delivered to Blarla's email inbox. They may be kept in relevant email folders for as long as they remain useful. Messages that are no longer needed may be archived or deleted.
Server logs are kept temporarily and then rotated out after 30 days.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR, you can ask what personal data is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, object to how it is used, or restrict how it is used.
To make a privacy request, email blarla@outlook.com. Requests will normally be answered within one calendar month. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office, or to your local supervisory authority if you are in the EU.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date will be changed. Major changes may also be highlighted in the footer of the site for at least 14 days.
